At the AJYOGA Academy, the body is an instrument and the mat is a stage. Through online yoga classes students develop clarity, strength and control in every environment.
My methodology is built on two decades of theatrical direction and performance assessment — applied not only to acting, but to human movement.
I don’t simply sequence classes. I orchestrate them.
Rhythm becomes a biomechanical metronome. Precision builds structural integrity. Strength becomes both athletic and controlled.
